Adrián Martínez Gutiérrez holds a law degree and graduated with honors at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. He has a specialization degree in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law attained at the Panamerican University. He is a member of the Information and Communication Technologies department at Arochi & Lindner, S.C.

His practice is focused on trademark and copyright litigation, counseling related to the defense of intellectual property rights as well as administrative law consulting services, advertising law and consumer law.

He has collaborated on several publications specialized in intellectual property law, administrative law, advertising law and consumer law.

He attended the “Global Lawyer” Honors Program at the Garrigues Study Center in Madrid, Spain. He is a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI), where he actively collaborates with the Copyright Committee and the Litigation Committee. He is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
