Ana Padial is a partner and heads the IP Litigation Department of Arochi & Lindner’s Spain office. Since 1998, she has focused her practice on dispute resolutions, advising and designing winning trial and negotiation strategies encompassing all pretrial and trial disputes related to intellectual property, administrative, civil and criminal proceedings concerning trademarks, copyrights, patents, industrial designs, advertising and unfair competition.
Her practice also includes acting as the leading litigation attorney of preeminent global companies in industry sectors such as fashion and luxury goods, food and beverage, automobiles and parts, as well as banking and financial services. Since 2006, she has been the representative trademark lawyer in Spain of 5 of the world’s largest companies in the food sector.
Ana is an active member of ECTA, INTA and the Barcelona Bar Association. She is a Certified Intellectual Property Agent and has authored several publications in professional trademark journals. Fully committed to her lectureship, Ana has been an IP professor in the Masters in Law programs of the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) and the Universidad Abat Oliva in Barcelona, Spain.
