Barbara joined Arochi & Lindner in 2022 and brought with her more than twelve years of experience in another top-tier law firm, specializing in Intellectual Property.
She has substantial experience in IP criminal litigation for leading clients in the fashion, luxury goods, sports, electronics and consumer goods industries. She is in charge of developing national and international anti-piracy strategies and coordinates border and operative measures.
She is currently expanding her expertise in the civil and contractual field of Industrial Property, particularly in trademark registration and defense advising, administrative proceedings before the SPTO and EUIPO, drafting legal opinions and contracts, such as coexistence and collaboration agreements.
She frequently publishes articles for international journals specialized in Intellectual Property and has recently completed a master’s degree in ICT, Social Networks and IP Law at ESADE Business School.
