Begoña Garcia has been an associate in the Trademarks Department of Arochi and Lindner’s Madrid office since 2014. She has more than 10 years of experience in intellectual property matters, particularly in the areas of trademarks, trade dress and designs.

She has extensive experience advising clients on the selection, use, and protection of trademarks, which also extends to legal opinions, preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign trademarks, portfolio management, and contractual matters such as licenses, transfer coexistence agreements, and collaboration agreements. Her experience encompasses a wide variety of industries, including agriculture, entertainment and media, fashion and luxury goods and food and beverages.

Begoña holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and possesses a course on Legal Practice at this institution. She is a Certified Intellectual Property Agent and has been an IP professor in the Master in Economy of Services at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
