Blanca Martínez joined Arochi & Lindner in 2019. After an initial experience in the preparation of Judiciary entrance exams, her experience encompasses more than four years in Intellectual Property, coming from another top tier international law firm.
Her practice is focused on the trademark field, including management of global portfolios, advising clients on registration, strategy and defense of their trademarks, handling administrative proceedings such as oppositions or cancellations before the different Trademark Offices, providing legal advice on all aspects of trademark law and contractual matters such as coexistence agreements, negotiations or collaboration agreements, among others.
Blanca holds a Law Degree, with studies in Journalism, from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies. She has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2013.
