Camila joined Arochi & Lindner México in 2019 as an intern in the Intellectual Property Litigation area and she is currently an Associate in the same area.

Likewise, she has more than three years of experience in advising on strategies for the protection, enforcement, defense and exercise of Intellectual Property rights. Her area of expertise is administrative declaration procedures, administrative trials and precautionary measures before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, as well as Amparo Trials before District Courts and Circuit Collegiate Courts of the Judiciary of the Federation.

Camila has a Law Degree from the Universidad Panamericana, where she graduated with the Diploma Course “Cybersecurity, Technology and Law”, taught by New York University (NYU) in collaboration with Universidad Panamericana México.
