After an internship from 2008 to 2012, Humberto rejoined the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of Arochi & Lindner Mexico as an associate in 2019. His practice focuses on the implementation of strategies for the defense of our clients’ intellectual property rights, mainly in the areas of administrative declaration procedures for the protection of patents and trademarks. He has more than 10 years of experience in the practice of Industrial Property Law, as well as expertise in Corporate Law, Personal Data Protection, Civil-Commercial Litigation and Amparo Proceedings.
He attained his law degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and obtained the degree of Specialist in Intellectual Property Law at said university. He is currently in the process of obtaining a master’s degree in Information and Communication Technologies Law from the Information and Communication Technologies Research and Innovation Center (INFOTEC). Additionally, he has taken part in several certification courses in Copyright Law, Administrative Law and Amparo Proceedings.
