Lineth Mendívil joined the Corporate department of Arochi & Linder’s office in Mexico as Associate on February 2018. She has more than 5 years of experience in corporate, contract, civil, business, notarial and real estate law.

Her corporate practice includes the counseling in all the stages of the life cycle of a company, including the incorporation, operation, control, negotiation and drafting of contracts, investment and foreign shareholding, fusions and acquisitions and even the dissolution and liquidation of companies.

Lineth also is experienced in the notarial field regarding the incorporation of trading and civil companies, and civil associations; drafting corporate histories and reports, as well as in the implementation of best corporate practices and completion of corporate books.

Drafting and analysis of civil and business contracts: purchase, donation, barter, leasing, bailment, contractual, transaction, professional services rendering, joint venture, trust, business loan, commission, financial lease, factoring, deposit in general storage, and further contracts.

Lineth holds a bachelor’s degree in law issued by Universidad La Salle Noroeste and a Master in Commercial and Business Law by Universidad Panamericana. She also has a postgraduate degree in Trading Companies Law and other in Obligations and Contracts Law, from Universidad Panamericana. During her professional training, Lineth has distinguished herself for the high level and performance achieved, being granted with an honorary mention in all the degrees she applied.
