Lorena is an associate in the Intellectual Property Enforcement Department at the offices of Arochi & Lindner Mexico since 2017. She has acquired extensive experience protecting and enforcing the intellectual property rights of leading companies in a variety of industries, such as electronics, entertainment and media, automotive, sports, etc.
Her practice focuses on developing and implementing strategies against piracy and counterfeiting, including border and operational countermeasures, as well as administrative and criminal litigation before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), the Federal and Collegiate Courts and the Attorney General’s Office.
Lorena attained her law degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She is also a member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI).
