Mariana joined Arochi & Lindner as a lawyer in Mexico’s Patent Area in February 2017, after working five years as an analyst in the contentious area of the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), specifically in the Sub-Administrations of Trademark Infringements, Compliance with Enforcers and Trademarks, resolving various administrative procedures related to expiration , cancellation and invalidity of well-known marks and those related to patents, utility models and industrial designs, as well as inspection visits, eye inspections, closures of establishments and the imposition of provisional measures.
He holds a law degree from the National University
Autonomous Of Mexico which obtained with honorable mention, a Specialty in Intellectual Property Affairs of the same university. He has also attended various seminars on intellectual property law, trade secrets and unfair competition.
She has also been an active member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, A.C. (AMPPI), where she has been attached to the mexican association’s litigation committee.
She is currently working to obtain the degree of teacher from the Universidad Panamericana, when she completed her master’s degree in Intellectual Property, Copyright and New Technologies.
