Mario Uribe has been an associate in the Intellectual Property Enforcement department at the offices of Arochi & Lindner in Mexico since 2013. He has more than 15 of experience in criminal litigation.
He is a seasoned litigator whose practice involves providing efficient and timely solutions to his clients aimed at minimizing risks and liabilities, as well as at avoiding costly and risky litigations.
He has successfully litigated complex criminal cases before the Mexico’s Attorney General (PGR), the Attorney General in all states of the Republic, and before local and federal tribunals.
Mario has distinguished himself in his career path by providing consultation to clients in the protection, defense and development of strategies for the prosecution of crimes against intellectual property in various industries, most notably textile, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and others.
Mario has a Law Degree from the Pan-American University, Mexico City campus, and is a candidate for a Master’s of Legal Science Degree from the same university. Additionally, he is a member of the International anti-Counterfeiting Coalition (IACC).
