Miriam Anidjar joined Arochi & Lindner in 2019 as Junior Attorney. She had previous experience as a trainee in IP litigation matters, specifically in the field of patent and trademark infringement-related litigation. In addition, she has previous experience in banking litigation and data protection counseling. She specializes in intellectual and industrial property, particularly in trademark, industrial design, and anti-competitive practices litigation. Moreover, she provides counseling services during the pre-litigation stages and carries out the corresponding negotiations and drafting of out-of-court settlements.
