Roberta joined Arochi & Lindner as a technician for our Patents area, in Mexico in August 2018, after completing a 4-month internship at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), where she assisted with patentability analyses for incoming patent applications both national and international, and attended courses provided by IMPI during that time on the PCT process.

Prior to entering the IP field, her focus was mainly on health sciences after graduating university as a Bachelor of Sciences in Biochemistry with a minor in Psychology in Washington DC. As a postgraduate, after returning to Mexico City, she completed diverse courses relating to the field of medicine, as well as courses more focused on laboratory work, such as microbiology and organic chemistry. She has also attended seminars on the technological advancements in the health sciences field.
