Sara de Toledo joined Arochi & Lindner in 2021, after her initial experience as a lawyer handling litigation matters and advising leading financial institutions in relation to different areas of the law.

She is currently specialised in Intellectual Property and her practice is developed mainly in the area of Trademarks and Designs.

Sara holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos de Madrid. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property, Competition Law and New Technologies from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía. She has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2018.
