Valentina Maturana joined Arochi & Lindner in 2020. Her practice is focused on the trademark field and infringement of intellectual an industrial property rights, including management of global portfolios, advising clients on registration, strategy and defense of their trademarks, handling administrative proceedings such as oppositions or cancellations before the different Trademark Offices, providing legal advice on all aspects of trademark law and contractual matters such as coexistence agreements, negotiations or coexistence agreements, among others.
Her professional background includes 7 years of experience working in top-tier IP law firms in Chile (2013-2019).
Valentina holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Diego Portales, Chile, and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property, Competition and New Technologies from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Additionally, she holds a post-graduate degree in Sanitary and Regulatory Matters, and international studies in the field of the Intellectual Property. She has been a member of the Santiago Bar Association since 2014.
