Marina Gómez joined Arochi & Lindner Spain as partner in 2024. She is responsible for the professional development and expansion of our firm´s offices in Spain. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Industrial Property. Her experience includes managing trademarks, designs, and patents, as well as providing client services for judicial and extrajudicial stages in all areas of IP and the processing of various types of proceedings before the EUIPO.

She is president of the IP section of the Alicante Bar Association (ICALI) and is firmly committed to promoting the strategic importance of IP in business. Moreover, she is dedicated to professional development in industrial property, organizing workshops and conferences to keep professionals updated and foster their professional development in this field. She is also a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property “AIPPI”.

She graduated from the University of Alicante and subsequently completed a master’s degree, “Magister Lvcentinvs,” in Intellectual Property and New Technologies”.
