Roberto is the founder and managing partner of Arochi & Lindner in Mexico and Spain (Madrid and Alicante) with over 44 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Advertising Law. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Doctorate in Law with honors from the Universidad Panamericana. He is currently completing his book, “Treatise on trademark law. A Mexican overview and comparison in an international context,” which comprises three volumes.

His practice includes industrial and intellectual property, intellectual property litigation in all judicial instances at both the national and international levels, the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, and civil litigation to recover damages, among others.

He currently chairs the Intellectual Property Commission of CONCAMIN, is an active member of INTA, and collaborates on various philanthropic and professional initiatives in Mexico.
