Roberto is the founder and managing partner of Arochi & Lindner in Mexico and Spain (Madrid and Alicante) with over 44 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Advertising Law. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Doctorate in Law with honors from the Universidad Panamericana. He is currently completing his book, “Treatise on trademark law. A Mexican overview and comparison in an international context,” which comprises three volumes.

His practice includes industrial and intellectual property, intellectual property litigation in all judicial instances at both the national and international levels, the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, and civil litigation to recover damages, among others.

Chambers and Partners has placed him in its top-tier rankings for 16 consecutive years, recognizing his vision, leadership, and commitment to excellence in customer service. He has also served as an expert witness in industrial property matters before the WIPO and US federal courts.

He currently chairs the Intellectual Property Commission of CONCAMIN, is an active member of INTA, and collaborates on various philanthropic and professional initiatives in Mexico.
