Eugenio Arochi has been a member of Arochi & Lindner since 2015, having joined the firm as a law clerk and subsequently advancing to his current position as an associate.

His practice focuses on trademark litigation and contentious intellectual property matters, advising national and international clients on the protection, enforcement, defense, and strategic management of their trademark rights in Mexico. Eugenio regularly assists clients in complex administrative and judicial proceedings before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and federal courts, providing clear, business-oriented legal strategies aimed at mitigating risk and protecting brand value.

Throughout his career, Eugenio has been involved in a wide range of high-stakes trademark disputes, including cancellation, nullity, infringement, and enforcement actions. His work has contributed to the development and execution of effective intellectual property strategies for global brand owners, particularly in matters involving international trademark portfolios and cross-border considerations.

Eugenio gained international legal experience while working at a prestigious law firm in Washington, D.C., where he actively participated in intellectual property matters and collaborated with foreign counsel and in-house legal teams. He travels regularly to Asia and maintains an active professional presence in the region, working closely with Asian clients and law firms, which allows him to serve as a reliable Mexican counsel and point of contact for cross-border intellectual property matters involving Mexico and Asia.

He holds a Law Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The George Washington University. Eugenio is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and serves as an observer at the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA).
