Senior Consultant in Privacy and Information Security at Arochi & Lindner, with a professional career of more than fifteen years in the field of intellectual property, enforcement of rights, and strategic information management. His practice focuses on the design and implementation of compliance programs in the areas of personal data protection, information security and data governance, both under Mexican regulations and in accordance with international standards.
He has extensive experience leading internal audits, maturity diagnoses, risk assessments and regulatory compliance projects for organizations in various sectors, including retail, technology, health, education and corporate. Its approach is distinguished by integrating data protection and information security as structural elements of the daily operation of organizations, favoring their incorporation into the organizational culture and decision-making processes.
Her multidisciplinary training in Law, Psychology and Organizational Development allows her to approach complex projects from a comprehensive perspective, considering not only the legal and technical requirements, but also the human, organizational and ethical factors that affect the effective management of information. Currently, she complements her profile with postgraduate studies in Data Science, strengthening her focus on information governance in advanced digital environments.
