Ana Regina Vernon Rodríguez is an attorney specializing in intellectual property and alternative dispute resolution with experience in both industrial property and copyright litigation before administrative and judicial authorities in Mexico. She is part of the Arochi & Lindner team, where she actively participates in the strategy and defense of complex industrial property matters. She holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, where she also earned a diploma in Health Law. She also serves as a professor of legal English with a focus on intellectual property. She teaches programs of academic excellence associated with the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and has received recognition for coaching teams for international arbitration and intellectual property competitions, including moot courts organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization and ASIPI.

She has experience in international arbitration proceedings before various institutions and is currently in the process of becoming certified as a private mediator
