Aldo Rubio is an associate in the Enforcement Department of intellectual property rights at Arochi & Lindner Mexico. He has more than 10 years of experience in criminal litigation.
His criminal litigation experience focuses on the implementation and execution of strategies in accordance with the needs and interests of his clients, analyzing all available possibilities in detail to provide the best solution.
He has successfully participated in relevant litigation and high-profile cases before the Federal Attorney General’s Office, various State Attorney General’s Offices, and Federal and Local Courts, actively participating in initial and intermediate trials, as well as oral hearings in the new criminal accusatory system, as a defense lawyer and legal advisor.
Aldo has notably advised and defended complex, high-profile cases that have had an impact on the lives of his clients, including individuals and corporate clients. He has extensive experience in the prosecution and defense of intellectual property crimes, forfeiture proceedings, local and federal crimes, as well as proceedings before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
