She currently works as an Associate in the Patent area. She has extensive experience in Intellectual Property matters, whose practice has mainly been developed in litigation.

 

Her practice focuses on counseling and defense strategy in litigation related to trademarks, patents, and copyrights, from the beginning in an administrative instance to the last resort in a judicial instance, including reviews of amparo trials before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

 

Ana also has experience providing legal advice on Intellectual Property for the strengthening and protection of intellectual capital. She has in-depth knowledge in matters related to trademark opposition, patent proceedings and amparo trials related to intellectual property.

 

Ana Cecilia has a Law Degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and has the degree of Specialist in Intellectual Property Law from the same institution.

 

She also obtained a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from UNAM.
