Andrea Ibáñez has a specialization in Health Law and has worked in the health sector for several years, where she´s assisted national private hospitals and other companies with regulatory compliance. Her experience includes managing regulatory risks and coordinating administrative processes with government authorities such as the Federal Commission for the Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS), the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), and the National Transplant Center (CENATRA). She has also performed contract reviews, follow-up on administrative procedures, and the implementation of internal policies as related to health regulation and data protection. In addition, she has been part of institutional committees such as Bioethics and Transplants, where she contributed her legal expertise to policy decisions.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated in the planning of regulatory risk prevention, audits, and personnel training on legal and health issues. She has a law degree from the Universidad de La Salle, a diploma in Contracts from the ITAM, and a specialization in Health Law from the UNAM. Her focus is to drive regulatory compliance and improve the safety and clarity of processes in the healthcare field.
