Denise Ávila specializes in corporate law with a solid background in the drafting, review, and assessment of contracts and corporate documents. Throughout her career, she has advised both national and foreign businesses and individuals on relevant legal acts in the corporate field. Her extensive experience in the notarial area provides a comprehensive perspective of the legal and formal aspects which allows a more complete and efficient approach, both before and after the granting of legal acts.

Denise actively participates in corporate processes that include the incorporation, merger, transformation, and dissolution of civil and commercial companies, as well as providing orientation and formalizing obligations derived from foreign investment in Mexican companies. In addition, she has experience in the development of due diligence processes and in the planning of corporate strategies adapted to the specific needs of each client.

Additionally, she provides support in terms of privacy and personal data protection, ensuring that organizations comply with applicable regulations and effectively protect the sensitive information of their customers and employees.
