Erick Hernandez has been a member of the Information and Communication Technology Department (TIC) at Arochi & Lindner Mexico since October 2020. His area of practice focuses on litigation, drafting and negotiating contracts, and consulting in various areas of intellectual property and related matters.

He also oversees the Entertainment Law area, providing comprehensive legal advice on audiovisual productions including series, films, documentaries, and others.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a member of the Specialized Chamber of Intellectual Property (SEPI) of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA) for over 4 years, where he processed and resolved all types of proceedings related to intellectual property.

He has a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), as well as postgraduate studies as a Specialist in Intellectual Property from the same university. He has also undertaken studies for the Master´s in Industrial Property, Copyright, and New Technologies from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.
