Erick Hernández became a member of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) department in October of 2020. His practice scope is mainly focused on intellectual property litigation, contracts and consulting, assisting our clients with strategic advice and risk analysis in the digital and traditional intellectual property fields.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a member of the Specialized Intellectual Property Chamber of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, where he held the position of Jurisdictional Officer for 4 years. His work involved the processing and prosecution of all types of proceedings related to intellectual property, as well as the issuance of numerous resolutions.
He holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), as well as postgraduate studies as a Specialist in Intellectual Property from said University.
He is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Industrial Property, Copyrights and New Technologies at Universidad Panamericana.
