Ernesto Cebollero has been of Counsel at Arochi & Lindner since April 2025.
Ernesto has more than 13 years of experience in the field of industrial and intellectual property at various leading law firms where he has provided comprehensive advice in administrative, strategic, and litigation matters to national and international companies.
In recent years, Ernesto has been a speaker and lecturer for various programs and courses specialized in industrial and intellectual property (Magister Lvcentinvs, ISDE, ICAM, Thomson Reuters, Autonomous University of Madrid) and has participated in numerous specialized publications as well.
Ernesto has been recognized for his professional work on several occasions, with a highlight being mentioned as one of the best lawyers under 40 in Spain and Portugal (40 Under 40) in 2022 and being included in different international directories (Best Lawyers, IAM Patent 1000, Managing IP, WTR).
