Esteban joined the Arochi & Lindner Mexico team in 2016. He is currently an Associate in Administrative Litigation and is part of the Domain Names Department. He has more than six years of experience in the field of administrative litigation.

 

Before joining the firm, Esteban collaborated as Jurisdictional Officer in the Tenth Regional Metropolitan Chamber of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice. Currently, his practice focuses on Intellectual Property Rights litigation at the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), the Federal Court of Administrative Justice (TFJA), District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts of the Federal Judicial Power (PJF).

 

Furthermore, he is part of the Domain Names Department, which oversees management and maintenance thereof in Mexico and worldwide, as well as their recovery through legal dispute before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

 

Esteban attained his law degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) with the undergraduate thesis “Request for Administrative Declaration of Expiration against a Prominent Trademark”.
