Fabiola Peralta is a lawyer specializing in intellectual property litigation and has been an Associate in the patent area at the Arochi & Lindner Mexico office since 2024.

With more than three years of experience in the private sector as well as the public sector, her practice focuses on the defense of intangible assets in contentious proceedings before various judicial authorities.

She has a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial Property, Copyright, and New Technologies at the Universidad Panamericana.
