She graduated from the ITAM with honors and is certified as an Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and Information Privacy Professional, United States private sector (CIPP/US), by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP)
In the public sector, she worked for a decade in different entities of the Mexican Federal Government, specializing in transparency, access to public information, anti-corruption, privacy and personal data protection.
In the private sector, she has previously worked for a law firm and spent more than 5 years in house as Regional Chief Privacy Officer for Citigroup.
