Grecia Alamilla joined the Patent department of Arochi & Lindner Mexico’s office in 2018. Her practice encompasses the counseling in protection, defense and exercise of intellectual property rights strategies, mainly in patent affairs, as well as the filing and prosecution of patent, industrial design and utility models applications before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.

Likewise, she is experienced in the prosecution and follow-up of administrative procedures filed with IMPI, nullity trials studied by the Specialized Chamber in Intellectual Property Matters, as well as amparo trials.

Her professional history includes 4 years working in intellectual property matters in Mexico. Grecia Alamilla holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidad La Salle.
