Guillermo Ballesteros is Associate of Trademarks Department at Arochi & Lindner Mexico. He has more than 28 years of experience in intellectual property, particularly in the areas of national and international trademarks.

He has extensive experience advising clients on national trademarks registration, counsel regarding trademark matters, revision and filling on trademarks application, commercial adverts, search opinions, reporting of format office actions and substantive examination, legal impediments and replies thereof; as well as right transfer procedures and changes of name.

He was also a professor at the International Tourism School, where he taught Introduction to Law Studies and Trade Law.
