Jared is an associate in the Life Sciences area. He studied Law at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and undertook postgraduate studies in Constitutional Law from the same institution. In addition, he received a master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the University Carlos III of Madrid.

His work focuses primarily on serving clients in the pharmaceutical industry in intellectual property and regulatory matters, representing them before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), the Federal Commission for the Protection against Health Risks (COFEPRIS), and the Federal Court of Administrative Justice. He also has experience in amparo proceedings before District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts, as well as the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

Additionally, he has experience processing requests for transparency and access to public information before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), as well as the corresponding appeals.
