Jared joined Arochi & Lindner Mexico in 2019 as an intern in the Patents Department and is currently an Associate in the same division in administrative and constitutional litigation matters, mainly assisting clients of the pharmaceutical industry in intellectual property and regulatory matters before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, the Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks and the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, as well as undertaking Amparo Proceedings before District Courts and Collegiate Circuit Courts of the Federal Judiciary.

 

Moreover, he has experience in processing transparency and access to public information queries through the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), as well as its proceedings of appeal.

 

Jared attained his bachelor’s law degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México) and completed postgraduate studies in Constitutional Law at said university.
