Juan Pablo joined Arochi & Lindner, Mexico, in 2019 and currently serves as an associate on the Intellectual Property Enforcement team. He has more than six years of experience in administrative and criminal matters, as well as the implementation of anti-piracy practices to protect trademarks and copyrights. His career includes litigation of intellectual property matters, providing legal counsel to clients, and developing and implementing effective strategies for the defense of IP rights.

He holds a law degree from the International School of Law and Jurisprudence (EIDJ).

In addition, he has complemented his professional experience with academic and speaking activities, including:

  • Seminars for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on intellectual property enforcement, organized by the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC).
  • Professor of industrial property at the International School of Law and Jurisprudence.
  • Lecturer on copyright for the Civil Law Specialization at the same institution.
