Leslie Flores is an associate of the IP Enforcement department of Arochi & Lindner’s Mexico office since 2005. She graduated in Philosophy and has more than 10 years of experience coordinating and designing investigation strategies along with conducting online and on field market research to support the execution of anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy programs.
Her expertise includes collecting, processing and analyzing information, as well as developing customs databases for the execution of border measures and raids. She has substantial experience coordinating education and training programs as well as developing guides and manuals for customs authorities in Canada and Latin America.
Leslie also designs and implements public awareness campaigns and elaborate client’s status and follow up reports. Her practice has contributed to enforce the rights of leading companies in a variety of industries, including electronics, fashion and luxury goods, fast-moving consumer goods, gaming, general retailers and tobacco.
Leslie is a member of the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC) and the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI).
