Mario Alberto is an associate at Arochi & Lindner in the criminal area with more than 6 years of litigation experience. He began his training in the public sector of the judiciary of the State of Mexico and the Instituto de la Defensoría Pública, subsequently venturing into the private sector as an attorney.

He has advised multiple transnational and national companies in the insurance, real estate, ground transportation, maritime and international shipping, entertainment & media production, the arts, pharmaceutical, textile, and automotive sectors.

Mario has a bachelor´s degree in law and a master’s degree in criminal law from the Universidad Privada del Estado de México. He has experience in every phase of accusatory and oral criminal proceedings, and he has handled cases from the initial investigation stage to the trial to sentencing and compliance as a legal advisor or defense attorney for individuals and companies at both the local and federal levels.

Throughout his career, he has helped recover damages for various companies through criminal complaints and has successfully negotiated reparatory agreements that have saved millions of pesos for companies charged with property crimes.

He has updated his professional knowledge by taking courses on amparo, which was reformed by the Federal Judiciary, and has stayed abreast of the latest reforms to amparo proceedings
