Marisol joined the Arochi & Linder team as a Billing and Correspondents Analyst in 2007, specifically in Patent and Litigation billing, as well as in the control and management of all the firm’s correspondents.

 

In 2011 she worked as a collection analyst, managing the recovery of portfolios from all departments.

 

In 2014 she was promoted to Billing Supervisor, coordinating and overseeing that all of the firm’s, patent, trademark, litigation, enforcement, corporate and criminal billing was done in a timely manner, with the help of 4 billing analysts.

 

She has gathered extensive experience in the different areas and processes of billing, collections, correspondents and control desk, and was promoted to Billing and Collections Manager in 2019.

 

Currently, Marisol specializes in the processes followed by the departments of billing, collections, correspondents, control desk (cleanup and homologation of databases), in the optimization of processes that reduce time and facilitate the management of invoices and consequently the recovery of portfolio, achieving a DSO of 65 days, as well as in the implementation of the CRM and management software for legal practice (Aptus Legal) in Mexico and Spain.
