Yumiko Soto has been an associate in the Trademarks department at Arochi & Lindner Mexico since 2013.

She has extensive experience in the practice of intellectual property and has a great track record advising clients on the protection, processing of registrations and management of portfolios of trademarks, names, trade notices and designs.

Her practice includes strategic advice on trademark protection, as well as the drafting of legal opinions; preparation, filing and processing of applications for national and international marks; portfolio management and contractual advice that includes the development of licensing, transfer, coexistence and collaboration agreements. He has represented customers from the food and beverage, fashion and luxury goods, publishing and transportation industries.

Yumiko has her law degree from the Universidad del Valle in Mexico, and is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
