Lucrecia Aramburu joined the Trademark Department of the Arochi & Lindner Mexico office in 2015. He has more than 10 years of experience in the practice of intellectual property, specifically in the field of trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs, licenses, franchises, assignments, well-known and famous marks, among others.

Her practice includes strategic advice on trademark protection, as well as the drafting of legal opinions; preparation, filing and processing of applications for national and international marks in Mexico; portfolio management and contractual advice that includes the development of licensing agreements, transfer, consents, coexistences and/or collaboration.

Lucrecia holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana de México and a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
