Lucrecia Arámburu joined the Trademark Department of the Arochi & Lindner Mexico office in 2015. She has more than 14 years of experience in the practice of intellectual property, focused exclusively on trademarks, trade names, distinctive signs, non-traditional trademarks, licenses, franchises, assignments, well-known and notorious marks, among others.

Her practice also includes strategic advice on trademark protection, as well as the drafting of legal opinions; preparation, filing and processing of applications for national and international marks in Mexico; portfolio management and contractual advice that includes the development of licensing agreements, drafting cease and desist letters, negotiating and drafting coexistence agreements and managing oppositions.

Over the years, Lucrecia has advised a large number of clients and managed portfolios from diverse industries like entertainment and media, fashion and luxury goods, food and beverages, tourism.

Lucrecia holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana de México and is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
