Pamela Gisholt has been an Associate in the Intellectual Property Enforcement Department of Arochi & Lindner, Mexico, since 2013.

She has extensive experience protecting and safeguarding the intellectual property rights of leading companies in a variety of industries worldwide, including technology and electronics, entertainment and media, the automotive industry, sports, fashion and luxury goods, as well as fast-moving consumer goods.

Her practice focuses on coordinating, developing, and implementing strategies for the protection and defense of intellectual property rights, as well as combating piracy and counterfeiting. Simultaneously, she has expanded her expertise in the area of domain names and manages dispute proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as implementing strategies for consulting and reviewing terms and conditions and operational policies in the field of information and communication technologies, including e-commerce platforms and social networks, along with experience in privacy and personal data protection.  She also has extensive knowledge in advertising and the legal aspects of Web3, primarily blockchain, smart contracts, and the Metaverse.

Pamela holds a Law Degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and has been certified as a Blockchain Consultant Pro by the Blockchain Academy since 2022.  She has given talks and courses related to the subjects in which she is an expert and has contributed to various publications.
